Reminds me of those days when the city still doesn't have traffic lights and stop lights. Very inconvenient. This is the traffic caused by some road closures because of Traslacion 2018 in Cebu, Philippines.
I don't know what Traslacion mean even though I've been in Cebu for more than twenty years. I just heard that word today. :3
