Today is janmashtmi, most awaited festival by everyone ๐

Let's see :
Janmashtmi is an annual Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Krishna and the eighth avatar of Vishnu.
For celebration on this day many kind of activities have done , like :
Dance drama
Night vigil
Fasting
Praying
Puja
Dahi handi etc.
It is observed according to Hindu calendar on the eighth day( ashtami) in the month of bhadrapad.
This is little kanha statue which we called "kanha".
In every area people celebrates in different type .
Now I discussed how we celebrated:
We decorated our home temple, kanha statue and arranged a get together.
All member worship the kanha by dance and bhajan.
For prsas my mother made panjiri:
Made by dhaniya, sugar, ghee.
Kanha most favorite makhan.( Curd)
On that day all school celebrated that festival with full enthusiasm.
All boys turned into kanha and all girls kanha's Radha.
Look:
All temple decorated and dahi handi held at many place.
We can see full joy , happiness in the environment and enjoyed so much.
