My 2017 Christmas gift was finding and joining Steemit on the 4th of January, 2018. I joined a writing platform which was not rewarding last year so a part of me wanted a rewarding platform and got one. Even though the bear is winning the crypto-race at the moment, I must confess that I enjoyed the bull run months back. I didn't find only Steemit as a writing platform, it created an avenue for me to meet different kind of people from near and far.
Christmas is here and a reminder that Jesus Christ came to this world to die for our sins which is redemption. That is not all, it is a period of giving. God started by giving us his only son so we should emulate that by giving this season. You can give to the needy, less-sound, widows/widowers, orphans and anyone you feel like extending gifts to. There is a reward for giving because givers don't lack.
I am grateful to be here to celebrate Christmas with this lovely people so I am saying Merry Christmas to: ,

Bigwaves family, thank you for everything - and
. Have a wavy celebration.
Do you know that out of thousand of holidays in the world, only Christmas has Merry attached to it? This means you have the right to celebrate, be happy and make someone happy, give thanks for a great year and remain blessed. Merry Christmas to Steemit and all the witnesses that are pushing this platform ahead. It can only get better.
