FEAR OF DARKNESS:

As we know, darkness means "ABSENCE OF LIGHT".when you think of darkness, you feel "SCARE" and then you imagine that there is a place of darkness and you are alone, why do you feel scared because darkness relates to fear.

CHILDREN FEAR ABOUT DARKNESS:

Usually, the fear of the dark hits home for kids around the age of 2 to 5. our child's fear of loud noise, monsters, strangers, darkness in a room and dark places like jungle or old houses. when electricity is gone, the light turns into the dark so our children start sacring. at that time we shouldn't scare our child rather we should help our child navigate his fears and walk more confidently through childhood.

some fear like this,

##1 --- Scary movies and tv shows.
##2 --- Nightmares and scary dreams
##3 --- Thunderstorms, hurricanes and other violent weather.
##4 --- War and terrorism
##5 --- Sound we hear at night.

HOW TO HELP YOUR CHILD OVERCOME FEAR AT NIGHT:

1---- UNDERSTANDING THE CHILD'S FEAR:

thus leading to a fear of darkness like imagining a monster in the darkroom. children become fearful at different ages, different intensities and about different things.

2 ---- TALK TO YOUR CHILD:

3 ---- TAKE THE FEARS SERIOUSLY :

4 ---- DON'T MAKE FUN OF YOUR CHILD'S FEAR:

5 ---- GIVE THE RIGHT MESSAGE:

keep your child realize that they are brave.

DARKNESS OF GRAVEYARD:

Grave is a place where dead bodies are buried. at night it looks like a horror. The graves are full of darkness, imagine that you are only alone in the black dark and silent grave even nobody is there so you getting fear. this is so because in Hollywood movies they are used grave for horror. they convey a wrong message about grave for children and adult yet people scare the grave.

night has become day. we work, travel, shop, exercise in days hour but at night it is used to be reserved for relaxation and sleep. even when we do sleep, street lamps and security lights pierce the darkness. Dr says, that

"A NUMBER OF HEATHS AND ENVIRONMENT PROBLEMS ARE DUE TO A LOSS OF DARKNESS"
