Hi friends!
I am back with another blog of Daily Celestial Challenge* by
Monday's theme is the moon, the night, the tides and am sharing this lucky shot of mine of the beautiful golden full moon in September, with 100% illumination on the moon phase.
I said lucky shot because from 11 tries, only 1 that I truly liked, not blurry unlike the other 10 😂
Mind you, I only used Hewlett Packard HP Photosmart R607, a small hand-pocket camera with limited zoom feature and ability. Still did a pretty good job, I'd say.
How on earth a small camera could zoom in that far, you ask?
Well, the secret is, with the help of National Geographic Telescope 😉 It is a small one that is for counter-top and super affordable (less than $100, can't remember the exact price). We bought it back in 2005, I think.
Find the moon, try focus the telescope good and clear, use the camera. Voila!
Thanks for looking!
