For Monday Darkness today, here is a picture I took from the room, of (partially) the city and the sky.
The clouds were about to cover the bright full moon.
You know how when it's full moon, some would associate it with a hard night to have a great sleep? I did not believe that as I did not and still don't know the science behind it, if the explanation doesn't make sense, I just can't grasp it to believe it. But that kinda changed since I had my babies.
Whenever it's full moon, I noticed they don't have a nice sleep. They would wake up many times, whimper, sobbing in dreams and whatnot. So in the end, whenever it's full moon, I also won't get a nice sleep!
Back when we lived in downtown Montreal, odd thing was, whenever full moon, there would always a road accident just outside of the apartment we lived in. I ended up with not just one or two of videos (yeah today's people, recording everything instead helping - mind you, I lived on the 12th floor, wouldn't hear a thing downstairs unless I went out on the balcony, yeah excuses 😂) of accidents, but quite plenty. Yep, all happened whenever it was full moon.
I realized whenever it's full moon, my husband also doesn't sleep well. He normally wakes up at 3-3.30 AM, but whenever it's full moon, he is up by 2 freaking AM and would toss all night during sleep.
I always think, could the full moon affect him also? But then I remembered, when he doesn't sleep well, most likely due to the Chinese food we ordered for dinner 😂😂😂😂
