Watching the news about the aftermath of the last typhoon that hit the Province of Biliran in Visayas Region,Ph recently.
We cannot stop calamities especially when it is the force of nature. In every natural disaster we can't always say that we're ready, but still we should prepare ourselves with knowledge to overcome it's effect.
