#1 A FATHER is SPIRITUAL LEADER and MENTOR. Deuteronomy 6:6-7
Fathers are meant to train the children and not to rare them. Don't just be there for material provisions, but also for emotional, psychological and spiritual support for them.
#2 A FATHER should be a LOVING and a SUPPORTIVE HUSBAND. Ephesians 5:25
Remember that children emulate what they see from the parents, especially the Father.
#3 A FATHER should be a PROVIDER and a PROTECTOR. 1 Timothy 5:8.
It is a curse for the woman to be the one providing while the Father sits at home waiting to be served
#4 A FATHER is a DISCIPLINARIAN and a CORRECTOR. Proverbs 13:24
Always apply wisdom to correct the children and correct in love
#5 A FATHER should be an ENCOURAGER and not a DISCOURAGER. Colo 3:12
Every child is definitely different from others, never compare them.
