¿Cómo comenzar esta historia? Es una pregunta difícil ya que son tantas las emociones y recuerdos que tengo de esta obra, de su grabación, de las veces que hice sonar en distintos escenarios. Las palabras se quedan cortas para describir lo que se siente el poder llevar en tu interior la música del gran maestro Antonio Lauro.

En el 2017, se cumplió el centenario del Maestro. Siendo así todas las actividades académicas musicales enmarcadas en una serie de eventos a nivel nacional llamado el Siglo Lauro. Particularmente, una de ellas fue el concurso nacional de guitarra Alírio Díaz. En el que fui galardonado con el primer y segundo lugar de esta competencia. Por la excelente ejecución de algunas de las cientos de piezas del Maestro Lauro. Esta iglesia San Bartolomeo queda cruzando la calle del Conservatorio donde se realizaron algunas de las actividades del Siglo Lauro.

A consecuencia de esto, faltando unos pocos días para que finalizara el año y llegara el 2018, emprendí y sentí el deber de realizar un homenaje al Maestro Lauro, ¿Y Qué mejor forma de hacerlo que perpetuando en contenido audiovisual mi interpretación de su obra con la que finalice mi prueba del concurso?

Pase horas editando el vídeo casero y mezclando el audio de 3 micrófonos que use aquella vez. Para luego compartirlo en mi canal. Mi Maestro Guillermo Flores y mis seres queridos quedaron muy contentos con el vídeo que hice.

How to start this story? It is a difficult question because there are so many emotions and memories that I have of this work, of its recording, of the times that I made sound in different scenarios.
