Day 29 horse-meat sashimi 馬刺し in chiba
That day I have tried to eat horse-meat sashimi . it is dipped in soy sauce and served with garlic or Japanese horseradish.
It is fresh and delicious.I preferred beef steak than horse for the grilled ones such as steak and sukiyaki because I want to enjoy the fat for the grilled.
