The Islamic state (IS) declared on the 8th the killing of two Chinese mainland citizens, who were kidnapped by IS elements in Quetta, Balochistan, in southwestern Pakistan in May.
The International Terrorist Entity Search Institute (SITE), which tracks global holy war activities, said the shortened Arabic message was released via IS's Amak News Agency.
Chinese mainland government and Pakistani officials have yet to comment. Mainland Embassy staff in Pakistan revealed that the two mainland migrants to the local study Urdu language.
