This Dezeen has been designed by the Icelandic artist Olafur Allison to leave his three new Little Sun Diamond Lamps in order to celebrate his five year anniversary in collaboration with Solar Power Company Little Sun. Competition: win a pocket-sized solar lamp designed by Olafur Eliasson.
This small Sun is the third in a line of solar-powered lamp by Diamond Aliyasan, whose purpose is to provide access to light for people who have limited access to reliable energy, which is almost a quarter of the world's population.
Just like the original product of IT, there is a pocket size of Little Sun Diamond and after five hours of charging it can cause a bright light of five hours, before the long lasting soft light is lost.
