It is a Mexican dishes, which is a fried outlet, which is usually bent, which includes various mixes such as seasoned meat, beans, salads and tomatoes.
These harissa Portobello tacos are made with collard greens instead of tortillas! They make a healthy gluten-free and vegan meal.
My nickname is for all my favorite people in the market of farmers. Salad that gives me a good conversation when I leave the market for a couple of weeks in a row Microgridge, who is enthusiastic about her beloved little gourd Strawberry Lady, who is always the sweetest stew berry in the market. Salsa Man, who sells the best colorful classification of the noises, which I have ever seen while crossing samples of spicy salsa (yes, salsa for its salsa) and mushroom lady, for the best regattan. When I go to Sacramento, I will remember these people.
Some weeks ago Mushroom Lady brought some good things to the market, like an open sail from the Siren's songs; my eyes were transformed on two of the largest, most beautiful portables. They were about the shape of my head, and they were incredible those Portobello became mine in a hot second.
I have realized that I do not love the mighty Portobello enough love we all know versatile that they can be: grill it, sauce it, bake it, and even make it in taco.
Yes we can do it!
Since I have taken advantage of more than the last days of summer in all the weekend (and this means that I have a lot of food and drink) I'm not ready for a new week to start, I'm going to open clothes, wash clothes I'm not ready for my plan, there is a lot about adult responsibilities. Let's get things easy with the easy recipe to be prepared in the third minute. Keep it.

If the portobellos are the star of this dish, the harissa marinade will be the support actress. It's the sauce that makes the 'shrooms burst with bold spicy flavor. We've used harissa to make chili before, but it's great when used as a marinade. I usually use Mina harasis because their flavor is consistently good. What I like most about Mina is that they make mild and spicy versions of their harissa. I usually use mild harissa to flavor any foods and the spicy version if I want to add a little kick to it. Feel free to use another brand if Mina is difficult to find!
These are delicious Portobellos just what I need for heavy beer tasting, pizza and ice cream at just one weekend.
