Promo-Mentors Challenge
In the spirit of our mission to change the world positively through the power of the Steem blockchain, we have set up challenges for our members. These challenges are meant to help people bring out their best potential through entertaining activities and simple writing assignments. By participating in these challenges people will have the chance to be scouted by us.
Part of the rewards we get from this post will be used to find promising Steemians and to fund (small) initiatives.
Let the fun begin!
@Futurethinker and The Team
Throughout our entire life, we can think back at our accomplishments and remember the people directly or indirectly responsible for our decisions. These are the people that have inspired us, and that have had a positive influence in our lives. That influence can be in the form of being a role model, a mentor, a teacher, or simply someone you look up to because of their achievements. It can be a family member, a friend, or even a famous person that you admire. No matter who they are, they are our personal heroes.
In my case, I could name a few important people starting with my mother who showed me how to be a strong and independent woman. Thereafter, several other people come to my mind, especially my husband who made me realize that I had to make a drastic change in my life in order to be happy. I could cite others, but this post is about you! I want to know who helped shape the person that you are today.
Who were the most influential persons in your life, and why?
Describe your role models, and what they have done to inspire you
Make a post titled "My Promo-Mentors Writing Challenge" (you can add a title to this) and use the tag #promomentors-challenge
Post the link of your entry below (Don't forget this!)
Prize: 25% of the total post rewards equally divided
Deadline: Thursday, 24th of May Midnight GMT + 0
It was a pleasure for me to read all the entries to our contest and learn about all the things each of you would do if you had financial freedom. Choosing the winners was no easy task, as many of you have written about very noble initiatives you would fund, and adventures you would embark on.
Since I could only choose 3 winners, these were my top three in no particular order:
Who would not splurge, and just “buy” more time for growing her own food, writing her novel, educating people and touring the USA in her RV.
For wanting to relieve the burden of her parents, help animals, delegate SP to Steemit communities and also splurge a little
For wanting to help abused women.
Congratulations! The prizes will be sent on Sunday (or before).
Good luck this week!
