Capitalism rewards those with capital. It takes money to make money.
Observing an American version of capitalism for all of my life has poisoned my perspective. Those born without capital must try to earn their way. They however are at the mercy of powerful bosses who usually have alternative motivation.
The poor are easily consumed in various levels of slavery like circumstances. An alternative to slavery is a career in sales. Can you expect honesty to flourish in sales or slavery?
A person who attempts to live by the ‘golden rule’ will never succeed in this environment. Capitalism is soon to be rejected. The death of fiat currencies will hasten this change.
What will motivate individuals to produce quality?
Motivation comes from the ‘carrot ‘ or the ‘stick’. Rewards or punishment.
