It's more a matter of the two parties being at the root of the corruption, one only has to casually investigate to see that the parties serve the big donors who both parties have enabled to shower them with gifts and favors legally. One only has to look at deregulation that has allowed our jobs to move off shore, many times they're done by child or even slave labor. What more do you require? Read the meme, it says it all if one is only willing to do a minimum of research and prove facts. It makes a huge difference because it sends the message that we are finished with the corruption of the two party duopoly and hastens its demise, or perhaps you would rather be complicit in the corruption and chaos at the hands of the politicians directed by those who have bought our Government? Read the meme and research, you have not done so reasoning or giving much thought, the implications of voters openly voting "No Confidence" sends a chilling message, not only to the corrupt politicians but also their cronies and others like them in other places...
