To those of you that try not to live in the real world, burying your head in the sand as if to make the bad things go away. I beg you to continue to read.
My awakening took place many years before I joined Steemit, when Evil knocked at my own family’s door. It is my belief that those of us with the kindest hearts are often tested the most by those that would bring us harm. Predators abound, thinking nothing of tearing people apart or dividing loved ones. Manipulation is key, talk is cheap, but beware the action that follows.
Bad people have divided me from my loved ones, more than once. There is little that can be done to provide documented evidence of foul play. This is why I say manipulation is key. Actions speak louder than words. In a world where we fight for freedom of speech do not forget to follow the action. Sometimes the words are a mere cover for the insidious acts taking place behind the words.
Fear, envy, greed, all evil has become pervasive in this society that has turned its back on human communication. Wanting, always desiring, that which we don’t or can’t have, is brewing at the depths of our souls. Look at your life. Polish it make it smaller cleaner richer. Give more of yourself, give more of your riches. It will come back to you. It is a law of the universe. The more you give the more you shall be given.
I beg you to read and get involved in these charities here on steemit. Stop giving to the oversized funds that do little but feed their CEO’s and board members. Investigate where your money goes. Here you can read real stories of real people that fight every day to stay alive, to learn, and to strive for a better way of life. Hungry children, abused children, broken families, animal cruelty.
I know from working hard every day of my life to reach my goals, my strife compared to the hardships that many face, is nothing. Happiness and love comes only from what we can do for our fellow human beings. Not what we do for ourselves. The riches of the heart are what make us human. To do nothing is to allow evil to remain and grow. Take a stand People and live a life that benefits all not just yourself.
