It's past midnight here in the Philippines so I don't know how to greet you, Steemians. (Is this enough for greetings? 😅😅)
I'm getting busy already since vacation is fast approaching. My Gelo's Kindergarten Graduation 🎓, and Mikyla's Proclamation🎉🎉🎊 (Oh, YES!! She won the Presidency!!🏆🏆🏆)

First, I attended kindergarten Parent's Meeting earlier. Kindergarten Graduation Day ofcourse was discussed. Schedule, Graduation Attire, Toga Pictorial (which I insist because DepEd do not allow Kindergarten to wear toga on graduation day), stage decorations, sounds system, food for the graduates, parents and for the guest. All in all, we've come up with 200pesos contribution, which in fact a bit costly to most of the parents. Remember the community I'm leaving with? We have 18Kindergarten + 36Parents + 5guest. The 200pesos contribution will be for the stage decor and food. Let me do some math,
18 kindergarten👶 + 36 parents💏 + 5 guests👥
= 59pax (food to prepare)
200pesos × 18 kindergarten👶
=3600pesos TOTAL BUDGET FOR FOOD🍗of 59pax AND STAGE DECORATION🎉🎊.
Which we, as a member of the committee, need to tigthen our budget very well. Weew!😣😣😧💸💸💸
Kindergarten Graduation 🎓will be on April 2, 2018, Monday, 1:00pm. Graduation march will start at 2:00pm.

Second, this coming Monday, March 12,2018, incoming Student Council Proclamation Day. Majority of the incoming officers would like to have a little foodie give away as a THANK YOU for being elected. They have decided to give sandwich and juice for 100pax, which includes all the students and teachers of their school. BUT, again, they can only manage to give 50pesos contribution each officer. So let me do the math again,
50pesos × 11 officers & representatives
=550pesos + 300pesos (Mikyla's pledge)
=850pesos TOTAL BUDGET FOR 100PAX.
My man and I decided to do the costing and preparation of their food. But then again, it will be really hard for us to do so because of the budget given. We should atleast have 1500pesos (15pesos/pax costing for 100pax). We've been working with what kind of sandwich🍞🍞 to prepare, for 850pesos budget, until now.. Haist. 😧😧😧
For the record, Mikyla's pledge of 300pesos came from the (part)earnings of the article I wrote about her Presidency Campaign 😘😘😘. I would like to thank everyone who upvoted Support for Mikyla as President.
