Thanks for this post. And yes this post did made sense. But it depends on the country and competition as well. Because of time gap as well such as UTC+10 hours to UTC+7 hours, so it varies according to the country. But i never miss Hive account@stackin post , its just 6 sec i got chance to post and upvote and resteemed :)
