What's Up STACKERS!Β
I'm going to tell you right now, this isn't how I really look like all the time. Let me explain, basically I took about 20 pictures, got the right angles, good lighting, the perfect pose and BOOM... one of those epic "Instagram" photos!Β
Don't lie, most of you guys and especially the ladies do this all the time. π€£

As you guys may have already known for about a week, I'm going on that health and fitness phase for the next 60 days and going to be documenting some results on Steemit. π
It may motivate some of you all to do the same and I hope it does. We all can look "pretty" together. π
If you think about it, 60 days isn't that long to change ones body. If you workout 30-60 minutes a day, it's really only around 15-30 hours a month total which isn't anything.Β β±οΈ
The only thing I'm doing is going to the gym twice a week to lift some weights for an hour and do a little of that "walking cardio" for 30 minutes a day on my elliptical machine (nothin' aggressive).
As far as my diet, I'm currently practicing intermittent fasting. It means that I just eat in a 4-12 hour window. In other words, I just don't eat breakfast or lunch.
So there you have it, just posting some results on a Friday and keeping it simple. A few people hit me up already to party on the Las Vegas Strip tonight but I'm going to have to say no and hit the gym instead. They are all currently making fun of me but thats ok, I got these small goals to get after. π
