What's up STACKERS!
Here are some of my results for the past week on my fitness journey to lose some weight. (don't mind the disgusted look on my face). 🤣
I've been drinking tons of water and doing 30 minutes "walking" cardio on the elliptical machine for about 7 days. (Too old to run these days, my joints hurt haha).
Yup, still no 6 pack at all. 🤷🏼♂️
I may be pushing it a lot recently but I always believed if that if you want massive results, one must take massive action. Let's see what happens if I push a little harder on my workouts this week.
For those who are trying to do the same and lose some weight in my 60 day transformation thing, let's keep pushing it a little harder!
