We all love the taste of peanut butter, don't we? I usually tend to stay away from it because of all that "Fat Calories" and added sugar inside of them, until now...
Did you know that 2 measly tablespoons of Peanut Butter contains 16-17 grams of fat. WTF!! Some will say, "Charles, it's mostly made up of good fats though". π€·ββοΈ
I really don't care if peanut butter have healthy fats or not, it's still made up of tons of freaking Fat! π€£
However, I found the solution to my little problem. Introducing "Naked Choc Peanut Butter" which I bought from Amazon and all I can say... "Damn, it's good."
I did some testing this morning and put it in my green drinks. It made it into a chocolate peanut butter smoothy. The outcome, it was like drinking a damn milkshake. π₯€
This product only has 2 Grams of Fat, 6 Grams of Protein, and 1 gram of sugar per serving. Now I can have a cup of this everyday and still not gain weight. π
I just wanted to share this because there are so many "hacks" one can do to become a little bit healthier and leaner by using different types of alternatives without changing ones diet.
Stay tuned, I plan on sharing tons of these "hacks" that I do in my everyday life... you never know, you may want to start doing the same. Maybe!? π
