Charleston is very special in many ways. I'll slowly point these things out through blogs.
One of the interesting mysteries of Charleston is that it houses the first museum the US has built.
About 4 years ago I made a video showing people around it, and how it heavily focuses on Egypt (and others like Sumerians). (sorry for bad quality video skills - I was just beginning to learn)

The Charleston Museum is the first and oldest museum in the USA.
Today I made a visit and these are photos of some of the most interesting parts that I liked.
95% of the pieces in this museum are centered around the history of Charleston. The last portion of the museum is an interesting display of artifacts that the residents of Charleston contributed to the museum after the last restoration of the museum. The museum has had to recollect artifacts due to the wars Charleston has seen.
What's interesting is that these artifacts are mostly Egyptian at the end.
There's also a small Masonic display that I found interesting too.
These photos are basically in the order the museum is set up.
I'll let you catch the hidden gems that might strike those who are aware of symbolism and the use of numbers and geometry.
There's a lot of reasons why this museum is the way that it is, and I'll be writing more about this in future blogs connecting the dots. I've written books on Charleston, so it'll be great to share it all here on Steemit.
