
Pilav with meatlof and peach
Pilav with chicken is a popular recipe these days. This recipe is a variation on this recipe with meatlof and peach. It's a delicious and fast recipe which will take approximately 20min to serve.

| Garlic | 1 g |
| Minced meat | 200 g |
| Tomato paste | 70 g |
| Canned peaches (with juice!) | 200 g |
| Ketjap manis | 2 spoons |
| Sambal | 1 teaspoons |
| Salt |
| Pepper |
Steps

| 1 | Cook the rice according to the package |
| 2 | Cut the onion and garlic |
| 3 | Heat a saute pan and add a little olive oil, the garlic and the chopped onions. |
| 4 | Saute for a couple of minutes until the garlic and onion have softened. |
| 5 | Add the minced meat to the garlic and onions, fry the minced meat loosely. |
| 6 | Add the tomato paste and the juice from the peaches (can) |
| 7 | Let it fry for a few minutes |
| 8 | Finally add the rice, ketjap manis, peaches and sambal |
