For the second time in a week today I saw some blatant chemtrailing and was lucky to be upwind of the trails in the right position to document their transformation from lines in the sky to rain clouds.
The planes were very far away from us right on the horizon.
8am
The skies are completely clear except for these lines. At first they look like contrails, but very quickly the wind catches them and their transformation begins. Bear in mind as you look at these images we are told by the aviation industry that these trails are nothing more than water vapour.
8.30am
The lines spread across the sky until they appear as a mist.
9am
It seems as if the mist will blow over and the sun will do its usual thing at this point but then something strange happens.
Suddenly the mist transforms into a thicker cloud.
This effect takes places quickly, transforming the entire sky in a matter of minutes. Very strange to watch this happening.
You can see the exact line between the mist and the thicker cloud as it makes this transformation.
9.30am
When all the sky is covered by these denser clouds they begin to thicken further.
10am
The final part of the metamorphosis can be seen here when the clumpy clouds become one single large cloud.
1pm
Completely overcast now the rain begins and hasn't stopped... and the forecast says it will rain all day tomorrow. In a region where it hardly ever rains.
