Solution

I declare Hive account@beauknows and Hive account@kajalpats as winners of this round. (Due to the big number of comments, at first unintentionally I didn't notice that also Hive account@beauknows found the solution ...)

White wins after:

Na2! (quite surprising ...) Qxb8 (also other moves don't help)
0-0-0! Qxa2 (moves like Qf1 only delay the checkmate)
Rh1# (checkmate)

End position:

I add one side variation because it's nice as well:

Na2! Qf1+
Kxf1 Qxb8
Kg2! (the fastest win; black is lost)
