The UK has a growing tendency to take children from their families and 'farm' them out to residences that are outside of their home towns. Children sent away from their home towns rose by 64% from 2012 to 2017. This is despite promises to cut the number of out-of-borough placements.
When children are sent away from the area they are familiar with, dropped into an unknown place, they vulnerable. Many go missing, with over 9,000 in 2017. The number of missing children who were 'farmed out' from their home towns has doubled from 4,380 in 2015 to 9,190 in 2017.
Labour MP Ann Coffey has been talking about this recently, and will argue in a parliamentary debate that these vulnerable children who are no longer where they grew up are easier targets for exploitation at the hands of pedophiles and criminals.
There is a link between children going missing and sexual exploitation. Drug gangs also prey upon children in the rural towns as they move out from the inner-city. Pedophiles and criminals know that vulnerable children are easier targets. They have a need for help that can be exploited, and they don't have people in their lives who will bring the authorities to task for finding them.
Ms. Coffey is chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Runaway and Missing Children and Adults. She says that:
"The farming out of children to areas where they have no friends or family circles or local social workers has created a perfect storm where it is increasingly difficult to protect children."
When no one is left to protect a child, they can fall prey to manipulations or coercions in order to attempt to obtain some form of promised security.
Maggie Tuttle has founded the action group Children Screaming to be Heard, and says she can prove that these missing children are deliberately being sent away from their home town, sometimes hundreds of miles away. This is done to make them lose contact with everyone they know and ensure they are more vulnerable for the picking by criminals gangs that put them into prostitution, for example.
Exporting Children During WWII
The UK has a long history of being negligent towards children's rights. Tens of thousands of migrant children were sent to Australia, Canada and elsewhere after WWII. The government was aided by charities to empty orphanages of a generation of children, some as young as 4-years-old. Children were told their parents were dead, but many were alive, as the parents thought their children we safe in state care during the war.
This kept happening until as ate as 1967, over 20 years after the war ended. Orphans were being exported and 'farmed out'. Child migrants who were promised a 'new start', with stories of exotic fruit, sweets and kangaroos taking them to school, instead found neglect, beatings and sexual abuse by religious orders and charities. Instead of care, they got harm.
It's estimated that between 130,000 and 150,000 orphaned, abandoned, illegitimate or poor children were sent to foster homes in British colonies like Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Zimbabwe. Parents were not always asked to give consent, some removed without their parents knowledge. Birth certificates were shortened to omit details and prevent them from having an identity associated to their past. These migrants children have seen this as being "stolen".
The government has not, and still does not, care about family connection, and easily separates children from their families. Maggie Tuttle says 10,000 children in 2018 have gone missing from so-called "child care" provided by Social Services where they are stolen from parents in order to be handed over to pedophiles.
"Therefore, it is easy for Governments to say kids are running away from care…what rubbish…yes, some do run away, but I will say again, kids from care are being trafficked and used for the Pedophiles."

Authorities Don't Care (or They Just Care to Not Get Caught)
A retired Criminal Investigation Department (CID) officer named Jon Wedger has also been exposing the UK's failure towards their most vulnerable citizens: children. He's recently exposed a pedophile ring and was "warned of being silenced" for speaking up. Wedger says that as a former child abuse investigator, no one in the 'care' system takes responsibility for children that go missing under their charge. The buck is always being passed around so that no one loses their jobs.
In one of his former investigation in the Haringey borough of London, he found that many of the 26 care homes had children who were caught up in prostitution. He found over 50 youngsters who were regularly into prostitution.
"Not only was I given the names and details of the fifty children who were regularly going missing, I was provided with the registration numbers of the cars that were picking them up, which I later discovered were attached to several local brothels."
They were being for sexual "services", and most became addicted to cocaine, which is probably where their money was being spent and why they remained prostitutes.
"I investigated a pimp known as Foxy, who sold a 14-year-old girl called, Zoe, for sex and got her hooked on crack cocaine."
When Wedger reported his findings to his superiors, he was met with a wall of silence:
"No one was the slightest bit interested in the fact that children from the UK care system were regularly being used for prostitution!"
A superior told him:
"If you ever expose what you have found out, you will lose your home, your children and your job…you must shut the f’ up. You will be thrown to the wolves; you have no idea who and what you are dealing with. I am warning you now, you must back away."
If the superiors didn't care, then maybe co-workers would. Wedger tried to get his colleagues' support, expecting hem to be as outraged as he was with what was going on in the UK care system. But he found more opposition, to the point of being bullied and forced out of his job because he tried to get this cover-up exposed. He was told by a Scotland Yard detective:
"When you investigate any crime, and you do well in it, you get praised, but when you look into child abuse cases, the opposite happens. You have to be very careful."
ITNJ Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Human Trafficking and Child Sex Abuse
Politicians and police compromise on caring for children in order to achieve and maintain their power and authority. Sex rings are popular in governments all over the world. And pedophilia child sex abuse rings are part of that elite structure. When crooks run the show, they trade not only in money, but in children for payments.
CPS and other child "care" services in many countries use their authority to snatch children from loving parents for technicalities. One women was pregnant and was forcibly sedated to have her child extracted through a C-section procedure and then stolen from her. The courts let this happen because she had apparently suffered and mental breakdown, but "[t]he baby girl, now 15-months-old, is still in the care of social services, who are refusing to give her back to the mother, even though she claims to have made a full recovery."
Child trafficking is a big business, and child protective services plays a key role in making children more vulnerable and becoming preyed upon by pedophiles and criminals. They are more prone to neglect, physical abuse, sexual abuse, and drug use or addiction. Governments are choosing to take children from homes, supposedly to protect them, yet they end up in worse situations. Those who speak up have their lives destroyed by a system more intent on protecting the pedophiles in power than protecting the most vulnerable in society.
