Just screams of the old fashioned propaganda of "Our enemy is both weak and an existential threat"
Well it’s definitely not on the verge of collapse, but Xi Jinping definitely looks like he’s entering the most precarious period of his rule so far.
Already some problems with how they handled COVID, now looks like China’s economy is going to be particularly hard-hit. Probably if there was going to be any political chaos in the 2010-present, it would come in the next few years I think.
Ofc 90+% chance it doesn’t affect him at all because he’s a totalitarian with almost complete power
