250g melted butter
250g sugar
100g flour
10g backing powder
1.Melt the choc with butter.
- Separately, mix egg yolks with sugar (5min in the machine).
- Ad the choc+butter
- Ad the whipped egg white carefully
- Ad the flour+BP at the end
- 1h. 150' C
