I borrowed this extensive collection of antique molds from a friend. I have been working with chocolate for 7 years. These things are by far the most challenging molds to use. For one thing, they are probably 100 years old and for another they have a few dings. I knew when I began it would not be easy.
When they didnt work out at least 50% of the time. I felt defeated a bit. However I did put tge finishing touches on this big dude today. He's vintage and beautiful blrmishes showing age and all.
