It amazes me that nature has provided us with a chemical that is so delicious and brings us incredible happiness, energy, and peace of mind and that is of course..... chocolate!!!! It is an amazing thing, coming from a bean originally and through many processes that we have learned over the centuries, it becomes the soft and scrumptious thing we now all can enjoy at any time, though this has not always been the case around the globe. Chocolate was once an incredible rare thing in certain places and they would pay incredible sums of money to have ships travel the world and find them the rare beans so they could enjoy them.
