After each night, there is always a morning
When we have situations that seem to have no solution, we believe that the sun will never come out again. There is a verse that I like very much and it is in a psalm that David wrote to the Lord, I imagine that the psalmist was going through a dark day that had been long , and from his heart he writes:
"My soul longs for you, more than the sentinels in the morning, more than the watchers at dawn"
Psalm 130: 6
I think David's heart was in anguish, he was in the midst of a trial, but we must know that the night is not eternal, there will always be an opportunity for those who wait on Jehovah. Every time I read this verse, it moves me because it makes me so Real, when I sometimes arrive late at home I look at the checkpoint, and they are there, sometimes I see them desperate for dawn, and I offer coffee and cookies, I get home, I prepare it and I return it to take them, those men fill to me so much the heart, that they make me feel mercy, I begin to meditate in this text and the times in which I have been like them, desperate,watching, drinking coffee, yes, waiting for my God to come and save me to restore myself.
If today you are in an eternal night, of those, in which you believe that dawn does not come, I come to tell you as a prophet of God, that you do not stop, hold on to your whole heart in Jesus, the giver of life, and you will see like the dawn.
There is a problem in the world, and while our logic seeks guilty: governments, economy, markets etc, the reason for all this is the lack of love in hearts, genuine love, unshakeable love. In those moments when our heart is broken, we see around us and it is only he (God) waiting for us, as a father, to love us.
While the dawn comes, just adore him, I give you this song that I never tire of listening to and giving it to God.
Ask the sentries, who have experience in watching all night, and they will reply that the dawn has always arrived.
Trust in God and the black night of the tribulation will dissipate and the dawn of the morning will begin to shine.
