I would encourage folks out there to take a moment and offer prayer for the good people of Florida and Texas who suffered the devastation of hurricanes Irma and Harvey. I realize that these stories are not in the news like before. Because they are not, many folks may have forgotten the needs these people still have. The media's attention span is short lived however the suffering is not. Feel free to pray with me the pray I have below.
Lord please continue to help those who have felt the harmful affects of the hurricanes in Florida and Texas. May they find comfort and hope in you and those who reach out to help. I pray for healing both emotional, physical and financial when possible. If it be thy will make something beautiful of this burden and broken spirit. Bring hope to the hurting and restore your land. May this be used to glorify your name. Amen.
