As children growing up,we just assumed that most things around us were safe and rarely gave thought to the fact that it was people around us,that were watching out for us. But the fact remains that danger exists and we have to keep our eyes open,it is so easy to get careless,especially when nothing bad has ever happened to you.
As Christians we have to remain vigilante against the dangers in the world-1peter 5:8-9

1.GREED: This is the act of wanting more than you deserve or a feeling, that you most possess or succeed more than others. This destroys a person's character,it causes envy,deceit and various kind of sins. Proverb14:30,Col3:5-6.

2.HYPOCRISY:Hypocrisy is putting on an act or a show,it is pretending to be what you are not,doing good for the wrong reason.
Why should we be on guard for this?because it is an easy attitude to slip into,we like to think that we are righteous,so even we are falling into sin,we judge ourselves as being fine Proverb30:12.
We have to be on guard so hypocrisy does not creep into our heart by always measuring ourselves by God's standard.
3.FALSE TEACHERS: Matt 7:15 ,Do not accept anyword you here without confirming it in the bible,do not be over confident that you cannot be deceived or led astray,some people just want to deceive and destabilize you.
