We all want peace of mind especially today when there are lots of things that bring stresses to people. At times, people has some anxiety that's affecting them badly. Others just have worries with their lives.
In this cruel world, anxieties are expected. But we can find peace if we want to. When you are very much worried about problems in life, you can do something by finding solutions. If you are stressed, find time to unwind. If it is really difficult, take time to visit a therapist. The same goes when your mental health is not at a good state.
Of course, having faith can help too. We should have the faith that things will be better someday. That's helping me to gain peace of mind.
