BIBLE PASSAGE: 2 Corinthians 10:11-13
11 Let such an one think this, that, such as we are in word by letters when we are absent, such
will we be also in deed when we are present.
12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that
commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing
themselves among themselves, are not wise.
13 But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule
which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you.

For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.
THE MESSAGE
The greatest enemy of a man‘s joy is comparisons.
If you compare your life with another's, you
have lost it. No matter how close you are to somebody: whether born the same day or even a
set of twins, your journey of destiny is different. You are uniquely created for your purpose in
life; hence you are the way you are. You have no replica. In this journey of life we might walk on
the same road but we tread on different paths. Where you step may be different from where
your friend steps on the road. Some people's legs are longer, some are shorter.
Comparing yourself with someone else is like a five footer wanting to step where a seven footer
steps; you may lose your balance and eventually the race. I announce to you: You are a
masterpiece! When God made you, He really did break the mold! There is none exactly like
you. You are an original. You may not feel like a masterpiece but you actually are. In your
uniqueness He imputed toughness in you. You are the right person to face that challenge you
are facing right now because you have what it takes to emerge victorious.

Prayer Points
Father Lord, thank You for my difference and uniqueness, help me to appreciate Your work
more!
Oh God, You created me in Your own likeness, let Your power in me manifest to glorify Your
name!
Holy Spirit, I destroy the spirit of comparison in me, lam satisfied with who l am and what l have!
Heavenly Father, by Your awesome Mercy prepare me for eternity with You, in the name of Jesus!
Prophetic Declaration for the day: May you measure up to God’s standard in Jesus name!
