Problems abound in our World today. As we have many faces, so we have different problems. These problems ranges from jobloss, unemployment, health issues, marital problems, insecurity, disesase, hopelessness, etc. All these cause us to worry or make us anxious.
I got inspire to do this post cos of what i learnt from service today being Sunday. These reminders will help put your worries at bay, Know fully well that God will do the unexpected in your lives.
THE REMINDERS
1."Jehovah knows how to deliver people of godly devotion out of trials"----(1 pet 2:9)
Yes, he sure knows how to deliver his people. He delivered Paul and Silas whom were in prisson bounds. He did the unexpected for them, that even the prison office supposedly guarding the prison wanted to commit suicide when he found that his prisoners were free.
lesson: God will do the unexpected for you that even your enemies will hide in shame and even attempt suicide they cannot bear to see how much you have triumphed.
- "Who would have said to Abraham, Sarah will certainly nurse children"----(Gen 21:7)
Yes who would have thought that that the aged Sarah could bear her own child Isaac? God did the unexpected.
lesson: This should help put your anxiety and worries at ease. Relax, pray and trust in God. As things go rough everyday, many think you will be swallowed up. No job, no money, you come steem here, no much curation or votes, no much steems going into your wallet, many i see have become discouraged and stopped steeming for sometime. You trust in God, pray, do your part and see how he will do the unexpected.
- "I have done nothing for which they should put me in prison"------(Gen 40:15)
Joseph was unjustly sold and taken to prison. He must have been overwhelmed by his problem, no wonder he made that statement. But could he have imagined that his dream of his brothers bowing dow to him will come true? Could he have imagined he could become the second most powerful ruler in Eygpt , the one to save his family and country from starvation? God did the unexpected for him.
lesson: So, no matter the situation or condition we find ourselves , if you remain faithful and keep your relationship with God strong, he will do the unexpected for you.
WILL GOD DO THE UNEXPECTED FOR YOU AND ME?
How can we be sure that we too can be favored and receive the unexpected from God?Lets see
a) "God is the same one.When he acts, no one can prevent it"-------(Isa 40:13)
b) "Throw all your anxieties to God, he cares for you"-------(1Pet 5:7)
c) "He will make you strong, he will make you firm"-----(1 Pet 5:10)
d) ""He will give you peace"---------( Phil 4:6,7)
Dear, do not be anxious or discouraged, I know my God, you know your God, do your part, endure, pray, trust that God will do the unexepected for us, our families and for those who love us.
