My Twitch fam and I were tooling around with some ideas on how to "ruin" traditional Christmas carols. The third song of the album, Santa Daddy, ended up being one of my favorite.
As with many of the covers I've been doing lately, all I did was change a lyric here and there, changed from C to C7, things like that. But with these TINSY alterations, the entire message of the song changes. Instead of the sensual 'Santa Baby... I've been an awful good girl', it become a kinky 'Santa Daddy... I've been an awful good boy'. Frankly, I was laughing throughout the entire process of arranging and recording the tune. I Love performing it now. Sadly, as I currently live in Madrid, most people who hear me perform it live have NO idea just how filthy the song is. Shame.
