Famous buildings don't always have to be commercial or residential. They can also be a religious one. Saint Patrick's Cathedral in NYC is quite famous and a big tourist attraction. Its open to the public so all can see and capture how beautiful it is. It's also used for ceremonies for different groups and agencies. High school graduations, like mine did.
