This series begins with a quick conversation before cutting to Lin Zheng Zheng (played by Huang Ri Ying), posing as a man laying on a bed in an entertainment house. Three woman walk in and are introduced before the older woman walks out. Once it is just Zheng Zheng and the other two women her mustache falls off.
She ends up having to run from the room, then jumps to the first floor where she discovers Tu Siya (played by Jin Lu Ying), on stage with some female entertainers. She shouts a threat at him and is killed instantly.
We then see a more modern office scene with a man sitting looking at a computer screen. In the other room easily viewed through a glass wall is Tu Si Yi and Zheng Zheng sitting in vr chairs.
It then goes back eight hours to show the relationship of the two characters and how they ended up in the chairs.
Tu Si Yi is a musician. Him and Zheng Zheng went to school together and became sweethearts.
She discovers that he has put a concert on at their old highschool and is none too pleased. She confronts him but because they are being chased from floor to floor by adoring fans they do not get much of a chance for private conversation. Finally out of frustration she breaks up with him and walks out of the elevator.
Later that night she gets a call and assumes it is him but then realized someone used his phone to call her and let her know he was in danger. She rushes over to help and finds out that the game was not completed before he entered and thus he is trapped inside.
Zheng Zheng is still angry at him but at the same time still loves him and agrees to help. She is informed she will only have three lives. Back in the game her goal is to help him, as third prince, become crown prince.
From here the story develops, sometimes a little too slowly for me.
Other characters are introduced and in turn have there story developed.
I have to say, aside from the main characters, Tu Si YI's in game sister, Tu Siya (played by Jin Lu Ying) and her love interest Cui Xun (played by Lin Feng Song) are my second favorite couple. Even though Siya is a princess she does not behave like one. She prefers to carry a sword and wear men's clothes.
I really like the Shen Dai Fu (played by Lu Yun Feng) character as he is Prince Siyi's doctor and a bit of comic relief at times.
Of course it can not be made so simple as just one male heir so we have the clumsy evil second Prince, Tu Si Cheng (played by Kenji Chen).
This is a 30 episode series and at times is comically cute but then has it's tense moments as well. If this is the genre of entertainment you like them I recommend watching this.
