Christmas and New Year season in Prague is special. Throughout December countless markets sell all kinds of Christmas staff, like "nativity", tree decorations, soaps, traditional handcraft. Food stalls are popular, svařák (hot
wine), trdelnik, sausages and roasted meat, roasted chestnuts.
The arrival of the New Year is celebrated with huge, boisterous and hilarious street parties. Fireworks are popular recent years. Fireworks are spectacular!!!
