Hoping to start a tag on one of my favorite game series. What's your favorite Civ game?

1,2,3,4,5, or Beyond Earth? Personally, I really like 5 due to its very nice look and features, but I've only played 4 and 5. What about you guys?

Also, how do you feel about the upcoming Civ 6? I'm looking forward to it.
