HONG KONG - CK Hutchison Holdings intends to transform Italian broadcast communications organization Wind Tre into a completely possessed backup as the Hong Kong combination looks for a bigger nearness in Europe.
CK Hutchison said Tuesday that it will buy the staying half stake in Wind Tre from its co-proprietor, Dutch telecom Veon - once in the past VimpelCom - for 2.45 billion euros ($2.85 billion).
