Its been about 2 weeks now with no coffee. I have switched to just drinking tea and i have to say the lethargy has improved. Its a bit easier getting up n the morning and that post lunch slump is that bit smaller.
In week two, i have started drinking water during the day as well - just half a litre, but thats half a litre i wasnt already drinking. I have actually started taking a piss now and then during the day which i previously wasnt. that must be a good sign, right?
Next i guess i should tackle the tea and increase my weekly exercise..
