Fantastic conducting by Maestro Morlot, heartfelt singing by the lovely Laura Aikin and such convincing collaboration by the Rundfunk Sinfonieorchester Berlin. I didn't mention this in this review but, Henri Dutilleux passed away last year in May. May his soul rest in peace and I'm very grateful to hear some of his music sung by Madame Aikin.
