Went to the gym after work yesterday only to realize that my workout phases had changed on me, and I had little to no idea of what I was supposed to do. We're entering the Power-Endurance phase now, and I forget what the coding on my calendar meant. I'm gonna have to flip through my training manual tonight and refresh myself. For the time being, I just did some bouldering. Cruised my up the Pink V4, and finished the White V5 that's in the image as well. Definitely noticing some improvements, and outdoor season can't come soon enough!
