While following 
Hive account@hasan11's post on odd cloud formations I decided I would do a little searching of my own. The first page of the Google Images Search reveals lots of cloud types that are worthy of investigation. However, I seem to be in luck as the structure in the lower right appears to be same as the one of which I am most interested.
Quite a few of these appear photoshopped, and while you might think this NSFW, I'd venture it is SFW because that one image could easily be a fidget spinner.
Clicking that last one and visiting the page it is from revealed not only the original source photo for the cloud on Hive account@hasan11's page but it also told me that it is a "Lenticular Cloud" and that author of the photo can be found at http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-leeds-16302606.
