Sorry for the late reply as I'm on my way going back Johor from Penang now.
I've visited the higher end cafes there but they are not really into coffee Luwak for the moment.
And there's issue with Beijing itself. It's not very business-friendly compared to Southern cities like Shanghai and Guangzhou. The import procedures vary quite greatly between different provinces.
