[大马美食]怡保状元猪肉粉 JB Ipoh Zhuang Yuan Noodle

周末有时候回到新山，最开心的事莫过于找寻美食。

One of favourite activities when Hive account@auleo back to Johor during weekend, is to look for nice food.

武吉英达城镇 Bukit Indah 是最方便Hive account@auleo 的，因为常会从新加坡搭巴士到这城镇附近。
The most convenient town for me is Bukit Indah , where normally will be taking the causeway link public bus from Singapore and alight nearby.

这一次本来要尝试Hive account@janicechua 曾经介绍过的丁加奴咖喱鱼面，不过因为早一个路口拐弯，先看到了这家怡保状元猪肉粉，想到有人曾在脸书上介绍它，就被它截胡了，也是冲着怡保这地名的。
Initially was planned to try out the Terengganu Curry Noodle which was recommended by Hive account@janicechua previously. But just because I took the earlier turning in one of the junctions, I bumped into this shop and suddenly recall someone recommended it in facebook page. So right away decided to try this instead and also partially due to "Ipoh" this name.

就猪肉粉而言，自己所知道的只是吉隆坡三间庄，却不知怡保也有这猪肉粉品牌，

As far as Hive account@auleo knows, in Kuala Lumpur, the signature noodle is called Sum Kan Chong, but I am not sure Ipoh also having its own signature noodle named after Zhuang Yuan.

熟悉怡保美食的Hive account@davidke20 和 Hive account@joeliew 可能可以给一给意见，这状元在怡保也是这样有名吗？

Maybe Hive account@davidke20 & Hive account@joeliew who is quite familiar with Ipoh food, can give some comment either this Zhuang Yuan is as famous in Ipoh

顾名思义这是家猪肉粉专卖店，只是面类可以作不同选择，既然招牌放怡保二字，当然点河粉就是理所当然了。
Since it's specialized shop, you ought to try the Ipoh Hor Fun, though there are other choices of noodle as well.

一碗招牌猪肉粉马币8元，给的料还蛮足的。
A bowl of signature noodle is RM8, and I think it's quite worthy.

店面还蛮干净的，又有冷气，吃碗热腾腾的猪肉粉不怕满身大汗。家中长辈应该喜欢这种面食，值得推荐。
The noodle shop is pretty clean and air-conditioned, thus you need not worry to swear badly when you taking a hot and tasty noodle. I bet our parents will like this kind of hot noodle food, strongly recommend to try if you happen to go that area.
