Frankly, I’ve been using this “wilhb81” since 2000, where I first bought my computer during that moment.
For those 80’s, you know that ICQ was very extremely hot on the early of 2000.
In able to use the ICQ, we need to register a username first. Seriously, I’d no idea what I should call myself lol
After a long period of brainstorming (more than several hours), I finally came up with several potential usernames – willy81, wilson81, wilhb81.
Amongst the above three username – I made the decision to use the last one – wilhb81!
Reason?
Well, this username is the combination of three things:
Wilson – my English name
HB – it’s the symbol of “hb pencils”, and because I love to write stories. Also my Chinese name short form
81 – it’s the birth year of mine
Since then, I’ve been using this name for almost two decades…….
Will I change my username, if I have the chance to do so? The answer is a definitely “NO”. I love this username and it will stick with me forever.

我在2000年购买我的第一台电脑，我就开始沿用 “wilhb81”至今。
那些80后的“少年们”都知道，ICQ在那个时候是灰常的火红！
如果想要参与其中，我们得必须先注册一个用户名。老实说，我一瞬间都不知道自己该叫神马 lol
经过了一段漫长的数个小时的脑力激荡，我终于想到几个比较有可能性的用户名 – willy81, wilson81, wilhb81
在这个三个当中，我最后选择了这个 – wilhb81!
原因？
这个用户名集合了我想要的三个因素：
Wilson – 我的英文/洋名
HB – 这个是“HB铅笔”的象征，因为我喜欢编写故事，同时也是我中文名的缩写
81 – 这个是我的出生年份
从那天开始，这个匿名一直被沿用了将近20年～
假如我有机会换用户名，我会考虑吗？我的答案是“绝不”。我喜欢这个名字，同时会永久用着它。
